Stephen Gumbs now known as DJ Sugar was always a strong minded fellow. He was alway willing to try new things and when he put his mind to something he never knew gives up. DJ sugar was not always known for the great music he played.

At the age of 16 after leaving school he started to work in a restaurant as a cook but he always had a love for music so one day he decided to make music as a hobbie and become a dj. He started playing for small neightborhood parties. He was not the best at it but that never stopped him with alot of hard work and dedication he slowly climbed his way to the top. In the year of 2000 Ashley Bevon Brooks owner of KOOL FM told him about the new station he jus recently opened , knowing the great Dj he was , he asked him to work with him in the radio station without hesitation he said yes being the first dj to work on the station he was there everyday doing what he loved to do best making people happy.

After a year or so the station became very popular and the other dj's were added to the KOOL Crew so his time was shortened to give other dj's a chance but it never changed how the public felt about DJ Sugar He is Still Called Anguilla's Number one Dj. So to hear him for your self tune in to 103.3 Kool fm every tuedsay night from 7.00pm to 10.00pm and judge for yourself . He will be sure to have your fingers gripping your feet tapping your waist ticking and your mouth screaming for more.
